What are your hours of operation?
Our practice is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM - 8:00PM EST, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00AM -2:00PM EST.

Yes, all sessions are confidential. We follow HIPAA regulations to protect your privacy. However, there are certain legal exceptions, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
How do I file a complaint about my therapist or therapy services?

Insurance
Will my insurance cover therapy sessions?
Coverage depends on your insurance plan. You are responsible for confirming whether your insurance covers virtual sessions, as well as any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services. Learn more - here.
Do you accept out-of-network insurance?
If we are out-of-network, you will be responsible for full payment at the time of service. We can provide documentation for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if applicable.
What information will be shared with my insurance company?

Legal & Termination Policies
Can my therapy services be terminated?
Yes, therapy services may be terminated for reasons such as failure to pay, violating cancellation policies, or inappropriate behavior during sessions.
What happens if I have unpaid balances?
Unpaid balances may be sent to collections if not settled within 60 days. Additional fees may apply as part of the collections process.
How are disputes handled?
Any disputes or disagreements related to fees or services will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation or arbitration. If necessary, legal action may be taken.
